The 2015 G-Youth Camp which began on Monday, the 10th of August, 2015 and ended on Saturday, the 15th of August, 2015 at the Pentecost Convention Centre in Yesukrom was a marvelous experience of God’s glory. The theme for this year’s campmeeting was ‘Bring after your own kind’ based on Genesis 1:11-12.
On the opening night of the campmeeting, Bishop Matthew Addae-Mensah elucidated on the theme Scripture, Genesis 1:11-12, showing participants how to bring after their own kind.
Then on the second day, participants gladly received the ministry of Rev. Dr. Anthony Cudjoe, who shared on Servanthood. His message hinged on the truth that the secret of greatness is service.
On Tuesday evening, participants learned about the importance of soulwinning from Lady Bishop (Elect) Naana Addae-Mensah.
Apostle Yiadom-Boakye also taught on Church Planting that night, explaining that planting churches is the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
On Wednesday morning, Lady Apostle Frances Dodoo-Amoo blessed the hearts of participants with a message on Godly Relationships.
The session got interactive as participants asked questions about relating with the opposite sex and preparing for marriage.
There was also an Inter District Quiz Competiton based on Tell Them by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, which was our study material for the year. The Koforidua District emerged first in the competition. Furthermore, a special variety and Praise & Worship Night was organized that night and there was so much joy that filled the hearts of campers.
Mr. Bernard Avle came to challenge participants with a stirring message on Developing the Leader in you. Using Matthew 5:14-16, he explained that we are the change that the world needs today.
Then on Friday morning, Honourable Ato Sarpong used his captivating and inspiring story overlaid with Genesis 1:2,31 to teach on the theme, From Hopelessness to Greatness. He explained that the period between hopelessness and greatness is not despair but a process.
Then again, Mr. Kojo Ohene Kyei shared a deeply insightful message on how to create our desired future. His message was based on the parable of the talents in Matthew 25:14-30.
Finally, an awesome all-night session was held on Friday night and participants were indeed blessed as they heard the Word and actively prayed in an atmosphere saturated with the anointing on the Holy Spirit.
Truly, the 2015 G-Youth Camp was a great blessing.

Here are 8 reasons why you can't miss G-Youth camp 2016:
1. It's your set time to be a complete youth in spirit.
Let's deal with the theme of the Camp first: A Complete youth in the Spirit. The text is from 1 Timothy 4:12.
You see, God does not want you to live a life that partly depicts who you are in Christ to the world. His desire is that every aspect of your life will demonstrate the Kingdom of God! He says be an example to the believers in faith, in word, in purity, in love and in conduct.
These five areas of your life will be radically transformed as you make up your mind to be at Camp 2016.
It's not enough to come for Camp- you must have hunger for increase, for change, for newness in your life.
These are exactly what the Holy Spirit has prepared for you!
Be expectant!
2. It's an opportunity for you to grow in grace.
When we gather together in a camp atmosphere like that, you have no idea the terror that is unleashed upon the Kingdom of darkness.
You may want to read Psalm 133 just to be aware.
The grace of God increases in our lives as we receive the knowledge of God.
This year, the Lord will cause His grace to increase greatly in every aspect of your life!
Is it more grace for soul winning you desire?
Is more grace in your ministry?
Is it more grace for your academics?
Is it more grace in your finances?
There will be a mighty release for you!
It's called a hefty superabundant load of incalculable grace!
3. You will be made wiser.
Proverbs 13:20 says the one who walks with the wise will become wise but a companion of fools will come to ruin! Which one do you prefer? The former or the latter?
I prefer the former!
Imagine for a moment that Bishop Matthew Addae-Mensah were your friend- how would your life become? Or that Rev. Dr. Anthony Cudjoe was your friend- how would you turn out to be?
You see, the truth is that the Word of God made them wise.
And at Camp, you will be present in the same room with these wise men. The wisdom of God will increase in your life as you give your attention to every word they utter!
God says, "My child, listen to what I say. Treasure my commands within you." (Proverbs 2:1)
4. You will be trained and equipped to do greater works.
Camp 2016 will be a time of building you up. You will be trained. You will be equipped to do the work of the ministry with greater impact and excellence.
5. You can have healthy relationships as you fellowship with the brethren.
Iron sharpens iron. When believers meet and fellowship together, God delights in it. We are free to share our testimonies and build one another up in love.
Only God knows!
MAYBE, you will discover that special person at this year's camp...careful ooo...emphasis on MAYBE (because that MAY BE God's designed place and season for you).
6. Your ministry will be birthed.
Your specific ministry God has called you to forms a very significant part of your life. In truth, your ministry is your life.
And until you begin to function in it, you have not started living yet.
Do you know why God recreated you? For good works (Ephesians 2:10). There are many good works in the Kingdom of God. Which of them has he assigned you to perform?
The Spirit will reveal it to you as you participate in the meetings. He may speak it to you audibly. It may come forth as a prophecy. You may see it in a vision or dream.
Most importantly, as you partake of Jabez Hour, that would be your moment of birthing! Glory to God!
7. Your spiritual gifts and abilities will be discovered.
I got filled with Holy Ghost and spoke in other tongues at the first camp meeting I attended. I started writing after my first camp meeting.
The Holy Spirit is at work today, distributing gifts among the saints for the benefit of the Church. What are you waiting for?
There is a mighty outpouring of the Spirit that will be manifest among us as we gather with one heart and mind (in unity).
You must be there to partake of it.
It will amaze you that there are marvellous talents you have that you have not explored yet. Nonetheless, you will discover them as you participate in this glorious convocation!
8. Your focus will be skewed in the right direction- towards your destiny.
Every G-Youth camp meeting is an encounter with Jesus designed to enable you to fulfil your destiny. Dr. Mike Murdock said, "Focus is permitting something to master you." Where are your passions and aspirations? Where do your desires lie? Are they deeply steeped in the Kingdom of God, or in the system of the world?
This year's campmeeting will be a time for you to live in your destiny, for you to stay your mind on Jesus. You will be absolutely convinced about the purpose for which you were born!
