Many thoughts run through my mind daily. I come across some of them online or in a book or in the Bible or by hearing someone speak.
Today, I chanced upon one of such thoughts from a book by Ray V. Edmond, in which he chronicles the life stories of some of the world's greatest preachers and firebrands of this Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The particular chapter I was reading from was about Oswald Chambers. This statement particularly stood out to me: Climbing in the Spirit is achieved not by running but by kneeling; by surrender not by determination.
Hmmm...let it soak!
You might want to go back and read it a couple of times.
Another thought I have been musing over is a verse from the book of Proverbs: Get wisdom, get understanding; forget it not...(Proverbs 4:5).
Of course, I can't leave you without these thought: Guard your heart with all diligence...whatsoever things are pure...lovely...of good report...think on these things!
What random thoughts have deeply impacted you this week? Are you learning from them? Have you written them down? What are you doing with those thoughts?
