The Free Gift of Life

"For God  loved the world  so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”  (John 3:16)
“For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.”(Romans 3:23). The Good News is that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He was sent by God from Heaven to the earth in the flesh to redeem sinners from slavery to the Accuser, Satan. It is by His shed blood that righteousness is imparted unto sinners. He died for our sins!
It is only after accepting Christ Jesus as your Lord and personal Saviour that you can have Salvation. Romans 6:23 recalls that, “For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”
God is approaching you with open arms to receive you into His bossom. He says,” Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.”(Revelation 3: 20)
Jesus is the only means to getting to the Father. He is “…the  Way, the Truth and the Life. No one can come to the Father except through…” Him. (John 14:6)
This is a delightful invitation to treat. In order to be made right with God, you need to acknowledge the Redemption of Christ. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead , you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9).
Using this prayer as a guide, speak to the Lord, sincerely asking to receive Him into your life now:
“Dear Father, I realise that I am a sinner. Please forgive me.I now know that you sent your Only Son, Jesus Christ, to die for my ungodliness. I believe that you raised Him from the dead that I may also receive life. Thank you, Lord, for accepting me into your Kingdom. I am now born-again in the Name of Jesus! Amen.”
If you said that prayer, congratulations: you are now born-again; a new creation. You are now chosen to spread this message to all people you come in contact with. Hallelujah!
