Abram married Sarai, but she was not able to have children.

Sarah is a type of a Church or minister that is not bearing as much fruit as they ought to. Here are some ways to fight the barrenness of old age:
# Do not transfer the duty of outreach or Church Planting to anyone else, like Sarah shifted the childbearing responsibility to her maid (Genesis 16:2).
# Do not reject the prophetic Word (Genesis 18:12).
# Believe in God, His promises and in the preaching of his Word (Genesis 17:15).
# Take practical steps that lead to fruitfulness, such as being youthful, emotional, excited, energetic and adventurous (Genesis 21:2-3). Remember, youthfulness is necessary for fruitfulness.
