There are two thrones of judgment: the Great White Throne and the Judgment Seat of Christ.
The world will be judged at the Great White Throne whereas believers will be judged at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
There are also Books that will be opened: the Books of works and the Book of Life.
Whether or not you enter Heaven is dependent on your name being in the Book of Life.
All our works are recorded in the Books of works showing records of our works including the Churches planted.
And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
(Revelation 20:11-13)
Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
(2 Corinthians 5:9-10)
And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
