Our Purpose in Sowing the Word

As ministers of the Gospel, our objective is to be build up not to tear down or discourage.

The process of instructing, correcting, rebuking and reproving may bring about piercing moments in the hearts of hearers, where they may feel guilty or have despair in their being.

But the chief end of our utterances would be to produce energy for action.

We are to feed the flock not beat them up with the rod of the Word.

Condemnation sets them against themselves and God, resulting in death and lifelessness.

The word of His grace builds up.

We bind up the wounds of the weak, and nurse the fledgling.

Always determine to unveil Christ as you minister to the flock of God.

The Spirit of God energizes our words with divine energy making it a fire that sets them ablaze for greater works.

Prayerless words will only deaden- words obtained from the secret place, nurtured by the Spirit of God through prayer will yield a harvest of changed lives!
